Paretto Builders is a privately-owned company by two brothers, Dustin Gehrett and Brint Gehrett. They began their career in the housing industry by designing house plans through their sister company, APEX Design and Drafting. Their designs are seen throughout the Grand Valley in both custom homes and by spec builders.

One of their greatest accomplishments was designing over a third of the houses that were featured in the Parade of Homes in 2019. In 2020, they brought their most popular designs to life in the River Walk subdivision in Southeast Grand Junction. In 2022, they designed all the homes for Shadow Mesa and built 4 spec homes. In 2023, they designed and built two custom homes in Unaweep Canyon and the Redlands area of Grand Junction.

Paretto Builders can help clients with the entire building process. We work with clients to create a realistic timeline and a padded budget. If you need help with floor plans, our sister company, APEX Design & Drafting can draw up the plans in CAD. If you need help selecting a lot or land, we partner with REALTOR® Amanda Hill. For framing, we work with Legros Enterprises to ensure the home is built to the most current codes.
