About the Builders
Eric Perry, owner of Epic Homes, is a Grand Junction native who has built homes in the valley since 1996.
With a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University, Eric takes pride in building quality homes and personally does quality control inspections on all phases of the construction process. Customer satisfaction is a top priority for Eric and Epic Homes. Over the last 23 years, Eric has designed and built homes in over 14 subdivisions including: Mountain View Estates, Chipeta Heights West, Chipeta Heights, Spyglass Ridge, Queens, Brandon Estates, Mason Ridge, Forrest Estates, Comstock Estates, Independence Ranch, Canyon View, River Terrace, Vista Rado, and Westwood. When not on the job site, you’ll find Eric dirt bike riding and racing, camping, hiking, and boating.
Andreas Tovar, owner of Tovar Construction, has 18 years of experience in homebuilding.
Andres started as a framer and has started his own successful homebuilding business. Tovar Construction has built 6 homes ranging in price from 400,000 to 700,000. Andreas is looking forward to building quality homes and contributing to the overall success of the neighborhood.
